• Personal Information: When you register as a Customer or a Professional, we collect your name, phone number (verified via secure OTP), email address, and saved physical addresses.
• Professional KYC Data: For Professionals offering services, we collect government-issued ID proofs, skill or ITI certificates, and a profile photo to ensure platform safety and compliance.
• Location Data: We collect precise GPS location data. For Customers, this is used to match you with nearby professionals. For Professionals, location is tracked in the background while a job is "enRoute" or "inProgress" to provide live tracking to the customer and ensure safety through our S.O.S feature.
• Camera and Media: We access your device's camera and photo gallery when you upload images for our AI Smart Diagnostics, or when Professionals upload "Proof of Work" photos for digital billing.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create, secure, and manage your account.
• To match customers with the closest available service professionals.
• To process payments securely through our trusted third-party payment gateway.
• To generate AI-powered price estimates using integrated third-party AI services.
• To send push notifications regarding booking statuses, chats, and platform updates.
• To facilitate secure in-app communication between Customers and Professionals.

3. Third-Party Services

We share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers to operate the Platform efficiently, including:

• Firebase (Google): For database hosting, authentication, and push notifications.
• Razorpay: For processing secure payments and DenFix Care subscriptions.
• Cloudinary: For secure image hosting (profile pictures, problem photos, work proof).
• Google Maps / OpenStreetMap: For routing, navigation, and live tracking.
• Google Gemini AI: For processing problem descriptions and images to provide Smart Estimates.

4. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time using the "Delete Account" button within the App Settings.
